Sweetpea tagged me on this one, knowing how much I love tags
It took me sometime to write this coz I’ve been pretty lazy lately. Thanks for the tag woman!
1. He’s not a handyman at home. Most people’s hubby can do a little bit of electrical or plumbing works if required but my hub is as blur as me in this area.
2. He’s hopeless with computers. Basic stuff like log in, log out and navigation where required is ok. Otherwise, a total tech idiot, worse than me!!!
3. He usually has stupid questions when I cook. You knowlah, I’m not a good cook so hypersensitive in this area. Questions like “Eh, have to put this meh, not that meh?“ just do not turn me on *duh* I think he’s scared he’ll die of food poisoning because of my cooking *quickly jots down idea*
4. When he’s sick, he is such a baby but when I’m sick, I cannot be a baby. No explanation needed here.
5. When driving and he gets annoyed, he will speed in anger, even if the kids are in the car. Sheesh!
6. Sometimes he makes stupid commitments without consulting me, like buying a house for investment!!! Now, we are stuck with another Housing Loan commitment. Irritated or not you say?
I believe that’s all I can think of right now. Otherwise, I’ll probably wonder why I chose the chap of all guys. I’ll edit and add some more when my flash back happens
Now, who should I tag:
a) Mottisland - Ha! Virgin tag for your blog opening.
b) ShoppingMum - You asked for it, you’re getting it
c) Talk This Talk That - So that you can meet your quota ![]()

I was sent a 120ml bottle and a few sachets of Skin MD Natural shielding lotion all the way from Beverly Hills, California for this product review. One of the main reason I agreed to do this review is because I wanted to see whether this lotion helps with my eczema. Anyway, I have tried it out for 10 days and you can read about the product and my review below:
Skin MD Natural is not just any lotion. It is actually a shielding lotion, which means when used, it forms a protective barrier on the skin and keeps out irritants and chemicals. It also allows the natural oils and moisture to remain in the skin so it can heal better. That’s the secret to resolving dry skin. Having enough moisture is not enough but what is required is to also have that moisture located where it can actually resolve a dry skin condition.
Skin MD Natural’s ingredients includes Purified Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract (Aloe Vera), Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Methyl Gluceth-20,Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Arnica Montana Flower Extract (Arnica), Symphytum Officinale Leaf Extract (Comfrey), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Extract (Chamomile), Achillea Millefolium Extract (Yarrow), Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, 1,2 Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Butylene Glycol, Aminomethyl Propanol and Phenoxyethanol.
When I first tried using the lotion, I noticed that it was smooth and glides easily on my skin. What I liked about it is the fact that it is fragrance free and non greasy due to its water based. After 10 days usage, my elbows, where I used to have redness and flaky skin appeared less dry. I must admit there is still some redness and itch due to my ezcema but the reduced redness is very encouraging. I will continue to use Skin MD Natural to see whether long term use will help control my eczema.

A very good friend forwarded this info to me. I’m not sure if it really works but I guess it’s worth a try…read on…
To stop nightime coughing in a child (or adult), put Vicks Vaporub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime then cover with socks. Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. Works 100% of the time and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition, it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly.
The head of the Canada Research Council described these findings on the part of their scientists when they were investigating the effectiveness and usage of prescription cough medicines in children as compared to alternative therapies like acupressure.
Cough medicines for kids often do more harm than good due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs. It was a surprising finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, and in addition, to have a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to seep soundly.
Someone who tried it said it felt like a warm blanket enveloped her, the coughing stopped in a few minutes and this was a deep, (incredibly annoying!) every few seconds, uncontrollable cough, plus she slept cough free for hours every night that she used it.

This lovely woman tagged me. I can’t believe it’s about FOOD…yum yum….
I’ve got so many favourites, I don’t even know which to choose. Ok, I’ll choose SARAWAK LAKSA which I’ve posted on my other blog before *drools* It is one of the more famous food in Kuching, Sarawak.

This one I must warn you guys, has high cholesterol. Ingredients includes bean sprouts, prawns, beehoon, eggs, chicken and of course, the yummy yummy soup which is the OOMPH! I normally forgo the bean sprouts as I hate the taste. Add this with belacan and lime, it can really taste like ”To Die For“.
Prices range from $3.00 to $5.00 depending on the portion and whether it comes with big prawns or not.
There are several good places to eat this but there’s too many to list out, so if you happen to drop in, call me and I’ll bring you there ;)

There were times when people hesitated in using business credit cards rather cash was more acceptable and investing money on solid real estate was considered an appropriate step. But now times are changing as people are relying on plastic money like visa credit card and even more people are investing on home improvement. With this entire one can see a rise in online trading and times are very near when holiday insurance would overtake other insurances.

I am forever on the lookout for wonderful sites to do my shopping online and Belly Dance Baby is another site which features lovely collections of baby clothes and toddler items.
I’ve eagerly browsed through their selection of products which includes top brand baby clothings, footwear, bedding, nursery decor, furniture, mealtime and bathtime gear, hip toys, diaper bags and of course, nursing essentials. Famous brands available on Belly Dance Baby are Ski Hop, Tea Collection, Dwell Baby, Netto Collection, blabla, Zid Zid, Oeuf and Pauline Quintana. Personally, I love their range of designer baby girl clothing which are just so cute and hip and definitely will look good on my girl. I also equally adore their little giraffe baby blankets and cute trumpette baby socks (pictured below) which would really make great gift choices for baby showers.

On the payment side, Belly Dance Baby accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex. Shipping is done via UPS and it is good to note International shipping is available as well. Just to give some assurance to those who are cautious about online shopping, Belly Dance Baby is actually a new sister company of the ever popular maternity store, Belly Dance Maternity. Thus, you can shop with confidence from a store that belongs to the Belly Dance Family, which has more than 5 years’ track record in the industry.
Whether you want your kids to look hip and cool or you are searching for baby and toddler essentials, do remember to bookmark this site and come back often as Belly Dance Baby will update their selection with new items from time to time.
