I would like to share a little secret with you guys. I am hardly creative when it comes to cooking. So, most of the time when I cook, I follow strictly to recipes.

I have tried out some recipes from a few sites but my latest “experiment” turned out quite successfully. The recipe is ideally name “First Timer’s Ribs” and I served them during our recent dinner gathering for Mother In Law’s birthday. Hey, believe it or not, I got quite a few compliments for whipping up the dish. Too bad I did not think of taking a photo of the dish earlier on.

Anyway, I just wanted to give the credit to whoever came out with this recipe which was published on Chef.com. For those who are not into cooking complicated meals, there are Quick and Easy Recipes on this website too.
