Many of you who follow this blog know that I’m always searching for fun and easy to cook ideas  for my family. Fun – because I don’t want to get bored preparing those dishes and Easy – because I am not one who enjoys preparing complicated dishes.

Anyway, I happened to stumble on this website called MomsWhoThink which provides some great chicken recipes such as Southern Fried Chicken, Cordon Bleu, Beer Can Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Chicken Pestos Triangle, Slow Cooker Rosemary Chicken and more. Personally, I’ve tried cooking the Sweet and Sour Chicken from one of their easy chicken recipes and it turned out great. The hubby gave it a thumbs up as unlike other Sweet and Sour Chicken recipe we’ve tried, this one did not require deep frying!

I also thought MomsWhoThink had some really cool kids recipes like No Bake Butter Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies and No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies. With no baking required, I know these will be some fun recipes that my kids and I will enjoy making.  If they are simple enough for kids, they are definitely simple enough for me. LOL.
