		<description>Wow, this really speaks to me. I have suffered all my life from this problem and I'm now 45! I recently had the ablation procedure and what a miracle. I still get periods, but minor little episodes but very little bleeding.

I still have a few problems, though: my face breaks out and I do get some cramps. I follow the suggestions in this article: www.dsib.org/dysmenorrhea 

The ablation combined with the tips in the article make my life so much better!

I'd love to hear from others who have tried ablation and urge anyone who hasn't to talk about it with their doctor.</description>
