Alternatively, you can go for lemonade, but please do not add sugar or honey.
Nourishment is another important aspect. The key is to provide your body with enough energy and nutrients to keep you feeling energetic, while at the same time to avoid overwhelming your digestive system. Light snacks like fruits, clear broth based soups and yoghurt will help you clean up your system while jump starting your metabolism, providing you with essential vitamins and minerals, as well as boosting your natural gastrointestinal flora.
Start the day with two to three large glasses of water. After your morning bathroom duties, try some light Yoga stretches and poses to feel fresh and rejuvenated. Instead of three heavy meals, go for light, short snack breaks. Spend your time doing stuff you enjoy, which doesn’t entail stuffing yourself!
