Health Standing Stool

Nooooooo….this is not an advert. The hubby bought this from one of his clients. They had to order this stool from China. Here’s the pic:

What you need to do is stand on it for 5-10 minutes each day and it is supposed to help cure:

  • muscle pain
  • sprain injuries
  • tiredness
  • serves as an acupuncture therapy
  • helps with blood circulation
  • weight management

The angle of this stool can be changed from 15 degrees to 45 degrees. It is made of wood and looks very simple. I cannot vouch for the effectiveness yet as hubby has just started using it. I’ll keep you guys posted.

    My mom has one too! According to her can lose lots of weight if stand on it religiously!

    Really ah? I wait and see the effect on The Big Kid, then I’ll try…he has to be guinea pig firstlah. U think I wanna stupidly stand like that and cause pain to my feet, meh?
